Accounts Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.

• Manage billing, invoicing, payment follow-ups, and vendor reconciliations.

• Prepare and maintain GST records and support GST return filings.

• Assist in internal and external audit processes.

• Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records accurately.

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow records.

• Generate MIS reports, financial reports, and expense summaries.

• Coordinate with Chartered Accountants and consultants for statutory compliance.

• Handle TDS, Professional Tax (PT), and other statutory compliance activities.

• Ensure timely and accurate financial record maintenance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong proficiency in computers, MS Office (especially Excel), internet applications, and digital productivity tools.

• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software platforms and business applications.

• Familiarity with cloud-based tools and digital workflows is preferred.

• Basic understanding of AI-powered productivity tools will be an added advantage.

• Strong willingness and enthusiasm to learn new skills, technologies, and business processes.

• Open mindset toward adopting Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation tools in daily work.

• Self-motivated with a continuous learning attitude.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and maintain reporting discipline.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
