Accounts Executive

Location: North Hadapsar, Pune
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience: 3+ Years
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping, including sales, purchase, journal and bank entries.
• Perform bank reconciliation, petty cash management, and ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and issue GST-compliant invoices, credit notes, cancellations and amendments.
• Coordinate with the CA for GST returns, TDS and statutory compliance.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, including payment follow-ups and vendor payments.
• Maintain payroll records, attendance and leave records, and support basic HR administration.
• Handle vendor management, utility payments, procurement and office administration.
• Prepare MIS reports, expense summaries and P&L reports for management.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.

Requirements:

• B.Com / Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping or accounts & administration.
• Tally experience is required.
• Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation and ledger management.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and ability to handle multiple responsibilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
