Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper entries, maintain of record, documentation and filling to support all accounting entries in computerized accounting system.
• Manage and handle full set of accounts for in house and client's outsource accounts.
• Perform monthly accounting reconciliation.
• To lead staff in accounts finalization and ensure smooth workflow in office and able to enhance team performance.
• Any other task assigned by superior/management.

​Requirements:

• ​Able to work independently.
• Willing to travel within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree//Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required skills(s): Must be computer literate and have knowledge to handle computerized accounting system and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably working experience in internal audit, external audit or accounting firm
• Higher position may awarded to candidates with vast experience and high qualifications.
