Accounts Executive

About the role

RX Racing is looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and keep the financial side of the growing automotive business running smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable handling full set accounts and wanting to be part of an established and growing automotive brand.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including AR, AP and General Ledger
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow statements
• Manage invoicing, dealer credit terms and payment collections
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and relevant authorities
• Support management with accurate and timely financial information

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 2–3 years' hands-on experience in full set accounts
• Good understanding of accounting processes and financial reporting
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Detail-oriented, organised and analytical
• Able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines
• Experience using automotive, retail or industry-specific ERP/accounting systems will be a strong advantage
