Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities at the construction site.
• Maintain cash, petty cash, expenses, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Record purchase bills, subcontractor bills, labour payments, and site expenses.
• Verify bills and supporting documents before processing payments.
• Maintain records of material purchases, expenses, advances, and recoveries.
• Coordinate with Head Office, vendors, subcontractors, and site team for accounts-related matters.
• Prepare daily/weekly expense statements and submit regular reports.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation as required.
• Reconcile cash, vendor accounts, and site-related transactions.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

Qualification & Experience

• B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.

Key Skills

• Good knowledge of accounting and taxation basics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/Tally.
• Good documentation and reconciliation skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
