RPK Critter Care & Animal Hospital is looking for an Accounts Executive to join our team in Karachi.

We are looking for someone who is skilled in accounting and financial processes, genuinely comfortable around animals, and interested in working in a professional pet-care and animal healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and financial transactions
• Maintain accurate records, ledgers, and financial documentation
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare invoices, expense reports, and financial summaries
• Assist with payroll processing and employee records
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal financial procedures
• Coordinate with management and other departments regarding financial matters

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
• Relevant experience in accounts or finance preferred
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Must be comfortable working around dogs, cats, and other animals
• A genuine love and respect for pets is highly preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
