Job Summary

Asia Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant with 1-3 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally Prime, taxation processes, and report preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and financial transactions.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Prepare and file statutory deductions including TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and Professional Tax (PT).
• Assist in GST-related activities and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
• Generate MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports on a periodic basis.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors and assist during internal and external audits.
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of financial records.
• Monitor compliance with company accounting policies and statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of TDS, Professional Tax, GST, and taxation concepts.
• Familiar with GSTR1, GSTR2A, GSTR2B, GSTR3B & Reconciliation
• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial report preparation.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Commerce background (B.Com/M.Com) preferred.
• MBA (Finance) candidates are encouraged to apply.
• 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in taxation compliance and financial reporting will be an added advantage.
