Role & responsibilities
- Documentation & Record Management
- Maintained systematic filing of vouchers, statements, and financial records.
- Retrieved records as required for reference and verification purposes.
- Banking & Transactions
- Coordinated with local banks for fund transfers to team members and vendors.
- Assisted with other banking-related activities and transactions.
- Invoice & Expense Verification
- Verified bills and expense reports to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
- Accounting & Data Entry
- Performed data entry in accounting software (Tally) with accuracy.
- Prepared and maintained ledger entries for financial tracking.
Timings: 5 Days a week / 8.5 Hrs Shift
Work Location: Begumpet / Hyderabad.
