Location: Karumathampatti, Annur Road, Coimbatore

Job Summary :

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting, billing, documentation, and financial record-keeping activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and records.

• Prepare sales invoices, purchase invoices, and payment vouchers.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.

• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.

• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.

• Assist in preparation of monthly reports and MIS.

• Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding accounts-related matters.

• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.

Eligibility Criteria - Qualification: B.Com / M.Com. - Experience: 1–2 years in Accounts/Finance.

• Good knowledge of Tally / ERP and MS Excel. - Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.

• Good understanding of accounting principles.

• Good analytical and numerical skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills. - Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary: As per industry standards / based on experience and skills.
