ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to prepare full set of accounts compliance with Company's internal control and procedure & accounting policy
• To assist on the monthly reporting
• To do banks' reconciliation / creditors' reconciliation etc.
• To assist to coordinate and prepare the financial budget/projection and auditing
• Responsible for the day-to-day operational matters of the accounts department
• Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management

Job Requirements:

• Qualifications: Possess Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• Experience: At least 2 years of working experience; preferably in developer / audit fields
• Skills: Proficiency in KPA accounting system and Microsoft Office
• Demonstrate positive, detail-oriented, problem-solving with strong administrative skills
• Ability to work independently or with minimum supervision
• Ability to work under pressure and is a quick learner
• Languages: Proficiency in verbal and written communication in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
