Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Executive with strong hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, payroll, banking and Advanced Excel to manage day-to-day accounting and statutory compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries, sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal entries in Tally Prime.
• Manage bank, ledger, debtor and creditor reconciliations.
• Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciliation.
• Manage TDS calculations, returns and certificates, including Form 26Q/24Q/26QB and property-sale TDS.
• Prepare monthly payroll, salary, CTC and statutory deductions including PF, ESI and Professional Tax.
• Handle E-Way Bills and E-Invoices.
• Manage corporate banking, online payments, cheque transactions and credit-card expenses.
• Prepare MIS reports and Excel-based reconciliations.
• Handle customer ledger reconciliation and property-sale related accounting.
• Maintain proper documentation, vouchers and supporting records for audit and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal departments for accounting, payment and documentation requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime
• Advanced Excel VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF/IFS, Pivot Tables, etc.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI & Professional Tax
• Experience in bank reconciliation and statutory compliance
• Good understanding of payroll and salary calculations
• Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills
• Experience in Real Estate/Construction/Software industry will be preferred
• Knowledge of Tally Cloud/TDL will be an added advantage
