What they need
- Responsible for the preparation of a full set of accounts and the timely submission of monthly management accounts with audit schedules.
- Prepare and ensure timely payment of monthly installments including cash flow monitoring.
- Liaise with external parties on auditing, tax, secretarial matters and so on.
- Maintain journal entries, analyses and reconcile bank statement and inter-company accounts.
- Any ad hoc assignments as required by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Degree/ Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
- Knowledge in accounting practices and experience in property development will be added advantage
- Being well-versed in computerized accounting systems and Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
- Candidate is fluent in Mandarin is preferred as this role required to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
