Accounts Executive

Qualification : Mcom/MBA in Finance

Experience : 2 years & above

• Day to Day Activities

Record day-to-day financial transactions using accounting software

Ensure accurate posting of payments from patients, TPAs, and insurance companies.

• Bank and Cash Handling:

Manage cash flow and daily bank transactions.

Perform bank reconciliations regularly.

Daily deposit of collected cash and documentation.

• Coordination and Communication:

Coordinate with departments for financial queries and clarifications.

Liaise with external auditors, vendors, and regulatory bodies when required.

• Accounts Receivable Management:

Monitor and track outstanding receivables regularly.

Follow up with TPAs, and corporate clients for payment collection.

Ensure timely settlement and reconciliation of dues.

• Reconciliation and Reporting:

Reconcile Accounts receivable (AR) ledgers with bank and cash collections.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly AR reports.

Maintain accurate records of all receivables and collections.

• Reporting and Documentation

Prepare monthly reports, and MIS

Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation.
