What they need
About the role
This role involves managing company accounts, invoicing, payroll, annual IR8A, CPF submission, petty cash handling, GST submission, admin matters, project costing, profit & loss monthly reporting, monthly invoicing reports, foreign workers applications and cancellations, and preparation of annual financial statements. You will also monitor workers' overtime.
Key responsibilities
- Doing the company accounts
- Invoicing and monthly invoicing reports
- Payroll management
- Annual IR8A and CPF submission
- Handle petty cash
- GST submission
- Project costing
- Profit & loss monthly reporting
- Foreign workers application and cancellation
- Preparation of annual financial statements
About you
- Minimum 1 year experience on the job description and requirements
- Must be able to work independently but guidance will be provided
