Job Description & Requirements

An industry leader in Timber and Metal Doors supply currently has openings for an

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE.

This role requires candidates to be

Well versed in MS Office, with good attention to details and timelines

Assist in project accounts including but not limited to progress claims, tracking and data entry

Good attitude & able to work independently

Perform data-entry in ERP/Excell, documentation, printing and filling duties

Maintain a proper and user friendly filling and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents

Self-motivated, Pro-active, responsible, well-organized, detail-oriented

Good command of MS Word and Excel

Ability to multi-task and to work in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate must be able to work well with various departments and be diligent in follow up actions. Accounting software knowledge a plus.
