Accounts Executive

Description:

1. Preparation of full set financial accounts, audit schedules & tax schedules.

2. Coordinate and assist in annual audit and tax related matters.

3. Prepare bank reconciliation.

4. Prepare payment to vendors, merchants, employees & other statutory bodies.

5. Update fixed asset register.

6. Recommend, implement/ improve internal controls in the operations.

7. Monitor all unsettled credit card for all outlets.

8. Liaise with external parties (Eg: Merchant Bankers, Auditors, Tax Agent & Company Secretary).

9. Maintain proper filing system.

10. Mentor accounting colleagues.

11. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting, or other relevant Majors.
• Preferably 2 years working experience, (in retail preferably)
• Candidates with working experience in auditing firm are encouraged to apply.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Power point
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong attention to detail and dateline oriented.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
