What they need
- Bill Processing of Contractors (procurement, Admin, Marketing) and ensuring TDS related compliances.
- Upkeep of ERP Tally pertaining to bill processing.
- Maintaining and monitoring of Outstanding payments
- Ensuring vendor accounts reconciliations on a periodic basis.
- Resolving accounting related queries from other departments and/or vendors.
- Working closely and co-ordinating with all departments.
- Maintaining MIS as required by Management.
- Update ERP payment on daily basis. Bank Reconciliation.
- Bills of contractors and their files
- Arranging for timely processing of bills with accuracy
- Arranging for timely payments to contractors and Vendors.
