Accounts Executive

Location: Fateh Jang Suzuki Motors, Fateh Jang

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support the overall accounts function of the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
• Perform daily cash and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate ledgers and accounting documentation.
• Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
• Assist with monthly financial reporting and account closing.
• Maintain proper records of dealership expenses and purchases.
• Coordinate with management, vendors, and relevant departments regarding financial matters.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and policies.
• Support external/internal audits and provide required documentation.
• Perform other accounts-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Experience in an automotive dealership or similar business will be an advantage.

Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
