Accounts Executive

Our Client:

• Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

• Central - Raffles Place

• Basic UP $4500 + AWS + VB

Responsibilities:

• Handle AP, journal entries, month-end closing and accounting records.
• Prepare and submit GST (F5) filings and support audit requirements.
• Manage payroll, CPF, IR8A, Employment Pass applications and government claims.
• Maintain employee leave, attendance and HR records.
• Oversee office administration, vendors, maintenance, insurance and service contracts.
• Liaise with company secretary, auditors, government agencies and service providers.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR or related field.
• Relevant experience in accounting, payroll and HR administration.
• Knowledge of Singapore statutory requirements such as GST, CPF and IR8A.
