Accounts Executive

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions, invoicing, and payments.
• Strong command of SOA verification, reconciliation, and negotiation with agents.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable and reconciliations.
• Verify shipping-related bills, expenses, and supporting documents.
• Prepare reports and assist in monthly closing.
• Coordinate with operations and commercial teams regarding billing and collections.

Requirements

• BBA Finance/BS Accounts and Finance / ACCA (Part Qualified) or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in a shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or NVOCC company.
• Good command of MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience: 2–4 years in Shipping / Logistics / NVOCC

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounts : 2 years (Required)
