Accounts Executive

About the role

Pico Hub Services Sdn Bhd, part of the Pico Group, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to join our Shared Services Hub in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position plays a critical role in supporting regional finance operations and ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day accounting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing full sets of account - Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable (including closely following up on necessary approvals, prepare and execute payment process), Intercompany billings, Staff Reimbursement, Monthly Closing, perform bank reconciliation, and all other related matters.
• Identify opportunity for process & system improvements.
• Responsible for timely and accuracy preparation of monthly, half yearly and yearly Group consolidated management.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and support other accounting-related tasks as required.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
• No prior working experience is required. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop a career in accounting.
• Ability to deliver accurate work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to adapt to flexible working hours to support regions across EMEA and the Americas.
• Open to occasional travel as required.
