Qualifications

• B.Com (Hons.) Graduate

  Experience

• Minimum 5-10 Years of Accounting Experience in Accounts Department

  Skills

• Tally ERP/Tally Prime

• MS Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, Xlookup)

• MS Word

• Power Point Presentation

• Google Sheet

• computer applications and accounting software

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial records

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in financial transactions

  Responsibilities

• Maintaining day-to-day accounting records and entries

• Handling accounts payable and receivable

• Bank reconciliation and ledger management

• Preparation of vouchers, invoices, and financial reports

• Assisting in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities

• Maintaining proper documentation and filing of financial records

• Supporting audit and financial closing activities

• Office-based role with occasional visits to Bank or Warehouses.

• May require extended hours during audits, month-end, or year-end closing.
