ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

• Perform overall day to day accounting & finance functions.
• Responsible for data key in and reports compiling, printing, filing & admin etc.
• Handling of monthly closing of management accounts.
• Assist in account closing / audit / tax / budget, providing support to the Accounts department.
• Handle the full set of accounts and ensure all financial aspects are in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic Accounting principle is compulsory.
• Preferable 4 year (s) of working experience in construction industry.
• Excellent command of both oral and written in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and any Accounting software.
• Exceptional time management and ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
