Accounts Executive

• Manage full spectrum of AR, AP & GL function to maintain full set of accounts to ensure compliance with accounting standards.

• Manage daily collections, payments and credit related activities.

• Support the day-to-day operations and activities within the accounts department.

• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments on accounting and finance related matters

• Liaising with local councils/government authorities for necessary license application, renewal and correspondences.

• Managing SST returns, handling withholding taxes and addressing various other tax-related issues.

• Liaising with external auditor, tax agent and company secretary for the necessary statutory filings and compliance.

• Any other duties in the department as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Professional Qualification in Finance/Accountancy.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years related working experience.
• Proficient in Accounting Software and Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to communicate both written and orally in English and BM.
• Meticulous, disciplined, independent, high integrity, responsible and able to communicate will all levels of people.
• Good technical, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize variety of tasks at once to meet deadlines.
