Accounts Executive

We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or junior candidates who are keen to build a career in accounting and finance. You will gain hands-on exposure to daily finance operations, month-end closing, GST submission, receivables follow-up, and reporting, while working closely with an experienced finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry and maintain accurate accounting records
• Process invoices, payments, and other financial documents in a timely manner
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist in petty cash management
• Support month-end closing activities and preparation of balance sheet schedules
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly GST submissions
• Prepare ageing reports and assist in following up with customers on outstanding payments
• Assist in inventory count observation and inventory control processes
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents
• Support day-to-day finance and accounting operations
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor and management

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided
• Candidates with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable in Singapore are also welcome
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
• Knowledge of MYOB and Xero will be an added advantage
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous, organised, and able to handle tasks with accuracy
• Positive attitude with good teamwork and communication skills
