About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support our finance and accounts team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in basic accounting operations, GST compliance, and documentation, with strong proficiency in Excel and Tally.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
Handle day-to-day data entry and bookkeeping tasks.
Assist in GST-related filings, reconciliations, and compliance requirements.
Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Perform basic accounting entries and record-keeping using Tally.
Support the finance team with invoicing, vendor records, and other administrative accounting tasks.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of physical and digital documents for audits and reference.

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounts/finance.
Working knowledge of MS Excel.
Basic understanding of GST rules and filing procedures.
Hands-on experience with Tally (basic level).
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and documentation skills.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or related field preferred.
