Accounts Executive

We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or junior candidates who are keen to build a career in accounting and finance. You will gain hands-on exposure to daily

finance operations, month-end closing, GST submission, receivables follow-up, and reporting, while working closely with an experienced finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with data entry and maintain accurate accounting records

Process invoices, payments, and other financial documents in a timely manner

Perform bank reconciliations and assist in petty cash management

Support month-end closing activities and preparation of balance sheet schedules

Assist in the preparation of quarterly GST submissions

Prepare ageing reports and assist in following up with customers on outstanding payments

Assist in inventory count observation and inventory control processes

Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents

Support day-to-day finance and accounting operations

Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor and management

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided

Candidates with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable in Singapore are also welcome

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word

Knowledge of MYOB and Xero will be an added advantage

Responsible, willing to learn, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Meticulous, organised, and able to handle tasks with accuracy

Positive attitude with good teamwork and communication skills
