Job description

The Candidate would be part of the Accounts & Administration Team and shall be responsible for carrying out the below listed activities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions.
• Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.
• Handling petty Cash Records.
• Monthly GST Working, TDS, and filing of returns.
• Ensure timely bank payments.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.

The candidate must possess the following skills to carry out the job:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting/CA Intermediate /CS Intermediate or equivalent degree.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven experience of minimum 2 years in accounting or relevant role
• Proficiency in English.
• Must have hands on experience with Tally software
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Management skills along with a proactive trait to get the work done in the most optimum manner.

Work Timings

Monday to Saturday ( 11 AM to 8 PM )

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

• Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
