Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and record daily transactions (journal, payments, receipts) accurately.
• Process vendor invoices, verify supporting documents, and manage accounts payable.
• Handle accounts receivable, customer billing, and follow up on outstanding collections.
• Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations on a monthly basis.
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS computation and deposits, and support PF/ESI and other statutory filings.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing, including provisions, accruals, and schedules.
• Prepare MIS reports, aging analysis, and variance reports for management.
• Manage petty cash, employee reimbursements, and expense claims.
• Support internal and statutory audits by providing documents and clarifications.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime / ERP (SAP or similar is an advantage).
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic Indian taxation.
• Strong command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Good understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and time management.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• B.Com / M.Com; CA Inter, ICWA Inter, CMA or MBA Finance is a plus.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
