Accounts Executive

Key responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts and financial reporting activities
• Ensure timely monthly and yearly account closing
• Prepare financial analysis, consolidation reports, and management reports
• Monitor cash flow, bank balances, collections, billings, and payments
• Prepare bank reconciliations, budgets, and monthly accounting schedules
• Handle accounting software maintenance and accounting records accuracy
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations
• Handle taxation, SST, e-Invoice, statutory accounts, and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and authorities
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and support continuous process improvements
• Supervise and guide accounting staff where required

About you

• Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent from a recognized institution
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in the property management industry is an added advantage
• Detailed with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Advelsoft PMS, CSS software is an added advantage
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office software
