About the role
Senior Accounts Executive based in Petaling Jaya. Handle daily accounting operations and financial record management.
Key responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting transaction & bookkeeping
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
- Assist with audit and tax matters
About you
- At least 3-5 years working experience
- Relevant working experience in accounting
- Familiar with SQL accounting software and Microsoft Excel & Word
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Independent, responsible and able to work under minimal supervision
