Accounts Executive

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Executive – Accounts to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial transactions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of taxation and hands-on experience in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
• Manage GST, TDS, and Income Tax filing and compliance
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations
• Process and monitor online payments (NEFT, RTGS, etc.)
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Coordinate with auditors and consultants when required
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements of HO & sites

Requirements

• Commerce Graduate with 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF & ESIC and Income Tax
• Hands-on experience in Tally Prime (mandatory)
• Good understanding of accounting entries and reconciliations
• Experience in handling online banking transactions (NEFT, RTGS)
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Monthly Salary is between 30000 to 40000 per month
• The job location is Powai in Mumbai & candidates residing in nearby areas are preferred.
