Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities for a company operating in the chairs/furniture industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and transactions.
• Handle Tally for accounting, invoicing, and ledger management.
• Prepare and maintain CRM records and customer/vendor data.
• Manage purchase, sales, expenses, and payment entries.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
• Handle GST-related documentation and basic compliance.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams for accounts-related matters.
• Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports.
• Laptop will be provided.

Skills & Competencies:

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in Tally and CRM.
• Experience in the chairs/furniture/manufacturing industry will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Must have a laptop and reliable internet connection for WFH.
