Accounts Executive

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts and support the company’s day-to-day accounting and financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and maintain the full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable collections, and accounts payable payments.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Prepare management reports and financial schedules for management review.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, and relevant authorities.
• Assist in the preparation of statutory submissions and ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control procedures.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Support process improvement initiatives to improve accounting efficiency and internal controls.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience. Hands-on experience in preparing a full set of account is a must.
• Experience in F&B and/or IT industry is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in spoken and written mandarin is required to facilitate effective communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
