Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and support the finance and operations team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and comfortable handling emails and basic documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting records and update financial data in spreadsheets.

Handle vendor payments, receipts, and petty cash management.

Prepare Excel reports such as sales, expenses, ledger summaries, and MIS.

Draft and respond to professional emails related to accounts, vendors, and internal communication.

Support month-end and year-end financial closing.

Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy in all accounting entries.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Pivot Table, formulas preferred).

Good email drafting and communication skills.

Basic understanding of accounting principles.

Ability to work accurately with numbers and maintain attention to detail.

Qualifications:

12th Pass.

freshers with good Excel skills.

Salary:
15000-20000/-
