Account Executive

Location: Dahisar East, Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage daily accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
• Handle sales and purchase invoices.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain vouchers, bills, and other financial documents.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Prepare reports related to expenses, payments, and outstanding amounts.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding payments.
• Assist in monthly closing and other accounting activities.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting.
• Knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
• Good numerical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in accounting, invoicing, GST, and Tally will be preferred.
