JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, financial documentation, taxation support, and accounts-related activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and financial documents.
• Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and income tax-related activities.
• Prepare and verify invoices and accounting documents.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Support audit and statutory compliance requirements.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for accounts-related requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant Accounts experience.
• B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation preferred.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills.
