We are looking for an experienced and motivated Accounts Executive to support our finance team with daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing general accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with internal and statutory requirements.

Key Roles Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including general ledger entries and reconciliations.

• Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal vouchers, follow-up on outstanding receivables.

• Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management.

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Prepare reports such as GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory reports as required.

• Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate cost allocation and financial reporting.

• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and company records.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent).

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in an accounting role.

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations (GST, TDS), and statutory compliance.

• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
