Accounts Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet preparation.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management through regular updates on company's financial position.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for monthly/quarterly closings and year-end audits.
• Identify areas of improvement in processes and implement changes to increase efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in the engineering & construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Proficiency in preparing journal entries, bank reconciliations, and balance sheets accurately and efficiently.
