**Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records using accounting software and spreadsheets under the guidance of senior staff.

• Learn to process invoices, issue payments, and follow up on outstanding payments. Assist in managing accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments.

• Support in reconciling bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy.

• Learn about tax regulations and assist in basic tax-related tasks under the guidance of senior staff.

• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments regarding financial matters.

  Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

  • Strong interest in finance and accounting.

  • Knowledge of Tally is a plus

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office software.

  • Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
