Accounts Executive

Osak Logistics Pte. Ltd. is a growing Singapore last-mile delivery and logistics company. We are looking for an Accounts Executive to handle our day-to-day accounting, GST and payroll. This is a good role for someone early in their accounting career who wants hands-on, full-set experience. Training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain full-set accounts in Xero, including accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and send customer invoices and follow up on collections
• Process supplier invoices and payments
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare quarterly GST returns (GST F5) for submission to IRAS
• Process monthly payroll and CPF submissions
• Maintain proper filing of accounting records and supporting documents
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and corporate secretary when required
• Other ad-hoc accounting and admin duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (LCCI or ACCA candidates are welcome)
• 0 to 2 years of accounting experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience with Xero or other cloud accounting software is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of GST, payroll and CPF is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Meticulous, organised and able to work independently
• Able to start work at short notice is an advantage

Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
