Ideal Candidate Requirements

• Education: B.Com or Finance.
• Experience : 2-5 Years with Accounts
• Location : Pollachi Town
• Software Proficiency: Excel & Tally Must & English Typing added Advandages
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and mathematical calculations.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process, verify, and reconcile invoices, expense forms, and requests for payment.
• Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts) accurately into accounting systems like Tally or QuickBooks.
• Reconciliation: Match bank statements, credit card statements, and vendor ledgers to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Petty Cash Management: Oversee petty cash funds, issue disbursements, and prepare bills and receipts.
• Payroll Support: Assist with processing payroll by tracking employee hours, updating deductions, and verifying attendance data.
• Statutory Compliance: Help with filing routine tax returns and adhering to local tax regulations (e.g., TDS, GST).
• Reporting: Compile data for senior accountants to generate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
