About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support our finance team. Our business involves international transactions, but prior international accounting or industry-specific experience is not mandatory.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting entries, vouchers, ledgers, and financial records.
• Handle accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and invoice processing.
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Assist with journal entries, expense tracking, and monthly closing activities.
• Maintain purchase, sales, payment, and receipt records.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and MIS statements.
• Support GST, TDS, audit documentation, and other applicable compliance activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and coordinate with internal teams for accounts-related matters.

Requirements

• B.Com, M.Com, or a relevant degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software; Zoho Books experience is preferred.
• Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn international accounting processes and adapt to business requirements.

Note: Candidates from any industry may apply. Prior experience in international accounting or IT hardware trading is not compulsory. Strong accounting fundamentals and a learning attitude are essential.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
