Accounts Executive

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries, bank transactions, and bank reconciliations.
• Record, monitor, and update financial transactions project-wise to ensure accurate cost tracking.
• Prepare monthly project-wise Profit and Loss (P&L) statements for management review.
• Handle GST returns (GSTR), TDS filings, and other applicable statutory compliance requirements.
• Prepare provisional, projected, and estimated financial statements as required by management.
• Process online and bulk bank transfers in accordance with the company's approval procedures.
• Handle account finalisation entries and coordinate audit-related activities.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, audit schedules, and supporting documentation for statutory and internal audits.
• Maintain proper accounting records and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Support the Head of Accounts in financial reporting, reconciliations, and other accounting activities assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

A degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance is preferred. Candidates with practical experience in accounting, taxation, GST and TDS compliance, financial reporting, and Tally will be preferred. Previous experience in auditing, audit documentation, and financial statement finalisation will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
