Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handling Accounts Payable.
2. Sort out and key in all the creditors' invoices into the accounting system.
3. Plan for payments to facilitate monitoring of cash flow.
4. Prepare payments by online banking, cheques, telegraphic transfer.
5. Maintain and update fixed assets register.
6. Perform monthly creditor reconciliations.
7. Ensure accounting records are kept properly and systematically.
8. Assist in stock take observation.
9. Close with cashiers and bank in collections on a rotational basis.
10. To do a full set of accounts when required.
11. Assist in account receivable, sales collection when required.
12. Assist in the daily office administrative duties such as answering phone calls, checking the mailbox, etc.

Position Requirement:

1. Certificate/Diploma in Accounting or relevant working experience. (Must know the basics of accounting)
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience
3. Experience in utilising computerised accounting system (preferably ERP) and Microsoft Excel.
4. Meticulous and deadline driven.
5. A strong team player.
