Accounts Executive

What awaits you?

Support Accounts Payable processes

Execute duty postings for parts & vehicle business

Process staff claims to ensure all claims are in accordance to Company policy

Perform fixed asset postings at month-end and managing yearly fixed asset count

Ensure intercompany and account reconciliation

Maintain monthly schedule and post monthly journal entries (e.g. fixed assets, prepayment)

Other ad-hoc accounting duties assigned

What should you bring along?

Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Accountancy

At least 1 year of experience in controlling and accounting

Meticulous, resourceful, and good interpersonal skills

Team player and good time management
