Accounts Executive

Key responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of accounts, daily bookkeeping, and financial transactions
• Prepare monthly financial statements, bank reconciliation, and cash flow reports
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prepare tax computations, SST reporting, and handle payroll process
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

About you

• Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in accounting
• Familiar with accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, or UBS) and MS Office (Excel)
• Good analytical skills, meticulous, and able to meet deadlines independently
