Accounts Executive

Key responsibilities:
Handle and record sales invoices, receipts and other income transactions, including income from online platforms such as Shopee, Lazada etc.

Verify and process vendor invoices and payment vouchers.

Process and record staff claims, ensuring proper supporting documents are provided.

Prepare payment vouchers and arrange for the required approval and signing.

Process payment through the company’s online banking system and maintain proper payment records.

Process internal procurement requests and coordinate with relevant departments to obtain the necessary information and supporting documents.

Perform other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

Hands-on experience in accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payment processing.

Experience with AutoCount accounting software is an advantage.

Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records and documents.

Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal departments.

Able to work independently, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
