Job Summary
As an Accounts Executive, you’ll support accurate financial operations by maintaining records, processing transactions and helping colleagues access clear, reliable financial information. Your impact: Accurate, timely accounts help colleagues make informed decisions and ensure suppliers’ invoices are handled reliably.
Duties
- Process accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Support financial accounting tasks, including reconciliations with bank and routine reporting.
- Use accounting software Sage 50 to create purchase order and invoices .
- Respond to finance-related queries and work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Share knowledge and provide mentoring support where appropriate.
- Responsible to arrange payment to the suppliers via coordinating with head of finance
Skills
- Experience with accounting software Sage 50
- Understanding of accounts payable and financial accounting principles.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and communication skills.
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
