Accounts Executive

• Knowledge in full set Accounts.
• Good in cash flow control and preparation of bank related reports.
• Reconcile variety of accounting documents such as invoices, employee claims, cash receipts,supplier statements and journal vouchers.
• Liaise with bankers, suppliers and auditors.
• Provide support in general administration & financial functions such as monthly stock take and commission schedule.
• Other ad-hoc assignment.

Requirements:

• Candidate possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent qualification in Accountancy/Finance.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Accounting field.
• Understanding English and Bahasa Malaysia, fluent in mandarin will be an advantage.
• Good communication skill with internal and external entity.
• Willing to be multi-tasking.
